Benchmarking delle fasi produttive nella stampa di un libro: il caso studio di Grafica Veneta S.p.a.

This thesis analyzes the role of management control in business performance, with particular focus on the production technologies adopted by Grafica Veneta S.p.a. The case study focuses on the comparison between two book printing technologies: offset printing and digital printing. The analysis explores the impact of these two technologies on costs and production efficiency.

La presente tesi analizza il ruolo del controllo di gestione nelle performance aziendali con particolare attenzione alle tecnologie produttive adottate da Grafica Veneta S.p.a. Il caso studio si concentra sul confronto tra due tecnologie di stampa di un libro: la stampa offset e la stampa digitale. L’analisi approfondisce l’impatto delle due tecnologie sui costi e sull’efficienza produttiva.
