This thesis examines the implementation of supply chain transparency in the luxury footwear industry, with a focus on Nice Footwear S.p.A. and specifically Corrado Maretto S.r.l, within the Crafting Luxury Division. The analysis of internal oversight and control systems ensures supplier accountability and compliance with government regulations, human rights standards, and environmental requirements. Drawing on social audit, the research develops a Supplier Risk Assessment Template, conceived as a practical framework for evaluating the compliance risk level of each supplier and classifying them into three categories according to their risk exposure. To obtain an overall view of supplier risk profile, the assessment also integrates subjective criteria, such as specific supplier characteristics that play a crucial role in addressing and resolving non-conformities. This structured method enables more informed decision-making and supports the definition of corrective actions that foster supplier continuous improvement. The primary objective of this thesis is to improve supply chain transparency through a systematic risk assessment procedure, thereby strengthening supplier management in the luxury footwear supply chain. By integrating compliance monitoring with supplier evaluation, the study outlines a pathway toward progressively reducing compliance risks and building a more reliable and responsible supply chain.

Abstract
By integrating compliance monitoring with supplier evaluation, the study outlines a pathway toward progressively reducing compliance risks and building a more reliable and responsible supply chain.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
