This paper presents an analysis of the internship experience at Sanmarco Informatica, focusing on the project of migrating a client's data and processes from an external management system to the JGalileo system. In addition to the technical transfer of data, one of the main goals of the project was to improve the client's management processes by optimizing and adapting JGalileo's functionality to its specific operational needs. Through the mapping of current processes and analysis of critical operational issues, improvement interventions were identified and implemented according to a structured approach geared toward the customer's business continuity.
Questo elaborato presenta un'analisi dell'esperienza di tirocinio svolta presso Sanmarco Informatica, focalizzandosi sul progetto di migrazione dei dati e dei processi di un cliente da un gestionale esterno al sistema JGalileo. Oltre al trasferimento tecnico dei dati, uno degli obbiettivi principali del progetto è stato il miglioramento dei processi gestionali del cliente attraverso l'ottimizzazione e l'adattamento delle funzionalità di JGalileo alle sue specifiche esigenze operative. Attraverso la mappatura dei processi attuali e l’analisi delle criticità operative, sono stati individuati e implementati interventi di miglioramento secondo un approccio strutturato e orientato alla continuità operativa del cliente.
