It will find its practicality in the case of Rangers Rugby Vicenza (currently the best team in terms of sporting positioning in the entire city of Vicenza) by identifying the main critical issues and carrying out a re-engineering of the processes aiming at an increase in efficiency, transforming the critical issues in opportunities for digitalisation and healthy and organized growth.
