Comprendere, Educare e Prevenire la Violenza di genere: Un'analisi comparata tra Italia e Cina

Gender-based violence represents one of the most urgent contemporary challenges: it is not only a social problem but also a reflection of deep cultural roots and educational systems that can either perpetuate or transform it. Through a journey between Italy and China, this paper examines how two different contexts face the same universal challenge, exploring how their cultural and social models influence the effectiveness of countermeasures, including educational and preventive strategies. The comparison does not provide definitive answers but opens up questions and possibilities, leaving each individual with the responsibility to envision and build new paths toward change.

La violenza di genere costituisce una delle sfide contemporanee più urgenti: non è solo un problema sociale, ma lo specchio di radici culturali profonde e di sistemi educativi che possono alimentarla o trasformarla. Attraverso un viaggio tra Italia e Cina, questo elaborato analizza come due contesti diversi affrontino la stessa sfida universale, interrogandosi su come i loro modelli culturali e sociali influenzino l’efficacia delle strategie di contrasto, comprese quelle educative e preventive. Il confronto non fornisce risposte definitive, ma apre interrogativi e possibilità, lasciando a ciascuno il compito di immaginare e costruire nuove strade verso il cambiamento.
