This thesis presents the experience gained during a six-month internship at Alfa Laval in San Bonifacio, a plant specializing in the production of brazed heat exchangers. The work focused on managing and revising the entire set of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) documents used within the company. This activity required an in-depth study of the production process, involving regular meetings with engineers, operators, and managers to gather information and ensure accurate and effective analysis. The project included updating the structure and content of the documents to make them clearer and more consistent, as well as coordinating the work across different teams. Through this process, the internship contributed to improving risk analysis and process knowledge, and facilitated better coordination among the teams involved in process management.

Abstract
This thesis presents the experience gained during a six-month internship at Alfa Laval in San Bonifacio, a plant specializing in the production of brazed heat exchangers. The work focused on managing and revising the entire set of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA) documents used within the company. This activity required an in-depth study of the production process, involving regular meetings with engineers, operators, and managers to gather information and ensure accurate and effective analysis. The project included updating the structure and content of the documents to make them clearer and more consistent, as well as coordinating the work across different teams. Through this process, the internship contributed to improving risk analysis and process knowledge, and facilitated better coordination among the teams involved in process management.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
