Implementing the Schneider Performance System. A lean self-assessment model in Schneider Electric

This thesis deals with the study and application of a self-assessment model on the Lean methodology of the Schneider Electric group, called SPS (Schneider Performance System). The thesis studies the principles on which the SPS is based and the evaluation rules of this model with the aim of evaluating its implementation in the Supply Chain area of ​​the Conselve plant of Schneider Electric during the internship period, and evaluating the results obtained.

Questa tesi affronta lo studio e l'applicazione di un modello di self-assessment sulla metodologia Lean proprio del gruppo Schneider Electric, chiamato SPS (Schneider Performance System). La tesi studia i principi su cui si basa l'SPS e le regole di valutazione di questo modello con lo scopo di valutarne l'implementazione nell'area Supply Chain del plant di Conselve di Schneider Electric durante il periodo di tirocinio, e valutarne i risultati ottenuti.
