The precise and timely analysis of the painting by Caravaggio is followed by the critical comparison with the most famous representations on the same theme.
L’uccisione di Oloferne da parte di Giuditta presenta nella celeberrima opera pittorica di Caravaggio aspetti di natura medico-scientifica del tutto originali che non trovano corrispondenza nelle omologhe raffigurazioni di altri artisti.
