Une expérience de stage auprès du Tribunal de Venise en 2024

This thesis is based on an internship carried out in 2024 at the Civil Court of Venice, “International Protection” section. The main objective of the internship was to analyze applications for “International Protection”, from their filing to the final decision of the judge. The field of “International Protection” has recently been introduced in Italian courts and is still in an experimental phase. The Court’s purpose is to verify whether the work of the “Office of the Trial”, in the context of information gathering and analysis, can effectively support the judge, reducing the time needed to analyze files and providing more complete data for an accurate and efficient assessment of each application for protection.

Questa tesi si basa su un’esperienza di stage svolta nel 2024 presso il Tribunale Civile di Venezia, sezione “Protezione Internazionale”. L’obiettivo principale del tirocinio era di analizzare le domande di “Protezione Internazionale”, dal loro deposito fino alla decisione finale del giudice. L'ambito della “Protezione Internazionale” è stato recentemente introdotto nei tribunali italiani ed è tuttora in fase sperimentale. L’obiettivo del Tribunale è di verificare se il lavoro dell’“Ufficio per il Processo”, nel contesto di raccolta e analisi delle informazioni, possa supportare in modo efficace il giudice, riducendo i tempi di analisi dei fascicoli e fornendo dati più completi per una valutazione accurata ed efficiente di ciascuna domanda di protezione.
