The Impact of Racial and Cultural Discrimination on the Mental Health of Iranian Immigrants in Padova

This study examines how racial and cultural discrimination affects the mental health of Iranian immigrants in Padova, Italy. Through interviews and analysis of personal experiences, the research highlights the psychological consequences of exclusion, such as anxiety and depression. It also explores how ethnic identity and community support may help reduce these negative effects. The findings call for inclusive policies to better support immigrant well-being.
