The paper aims to develop and evaluate a digitalized psychological intervention based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), targeting LGBTQIA+ people, lasting 4 weeks. The intervention integrates experiential exercises and ACT tools with the intention of promoting psychological flexibility and psychological well-being in a population exposed to specific stressors. The structure of the intervention is divided into modules related to the six central processes of ACT: acceptance, defusion, contact with the present moment, self as context, values and committed action. To evaluate the intervention, a series of standardized questionnaires were administered before and after the intervention. The questionnaires were used to investigate: depression, anxiety, stress, psychological flexibility, difficulties in emotional regulation, personality traits, minority stress, risk and protective factors, and usability of the intervention. This work is part of the broad context of promoting mental health through inclusive, evidence-based digital tools.
