Mental health today represents one of the priority challenges for healthcare systems, with a growing incidence of psychiatric disorders that generate a strong impact on a clinical, social and economic level. In recent years, scientific literature has paid attention to the role of lifestyles as fundamental determinants of psychological well-being, paving the way for the so-called Lifestyle Psychiatry. In this context, the nurse assumes a strategic role in health promotion, thanks to their clinical, educational and relational skills. The objective of this thesis was to analyze, through a literature review, the influence of nutrition, physical activity and stress management on mental health, with special emphasis on related nursing interventions.
