This paper addresses the role of the Case Manager Nurse in Mental Health Centers, with particular attention to the relational approach with the patient and the importance of family involvement. The Case Manager Nurse represents a key figure in the care of individuals with mental health conditions, as they coordinate interventions, ensure continuity of care, and promote integration between health and social services. Central to this role is the therapeutic relationship, which makes it possible to build trust, enhance treatment adherence, and support the recovery process. At the same time, family involvement—especially support for the parental role—emerges as a crucial element to improve prognosis, reduce relapses, and promote the overall well-being of both the patient and their living environment. This paper therefore aims to critically analyze these aspects through a literature review, highlighting implications and future perspectives for nursing practice in mental health.

Abstract
This paper therefore aims to critically analyze these aspects through a literature review, highlighting implications and future perspectives for nursing practice in mental health.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
