Analysis of the production process for facades in modern skyscrapers. The entire cycle is considered, from the initial delivery of materials to the company up to the installation phase on-site. The process is divided into three main phases: numerical control department, assembly, and quality control. The focus is placed on the quality control aspect, examining the various processes that determine product quality concerning painting, glass, and silicone. Finally, the procedure for installing the finished product is analyzed.
Analisi del processo di produzione delle facciate nei moderni grattacieli. Si considera l'intero ciclo, dalla consegna iniziale dei materiali all'azienda fino alla fase di installazione in cantiere. Il processo viene suddiviso in tre fasi principali: reparto di controllo numerico, assemblaggio e controllo qualità. Si approfondisce l'aspetto del controllo qualità, esaminando i vari processi che determinano la qualità del prodotto riguardo a verniciatura, vetro e silicone. Infine, si analizza la procedura di installazione del prodotto finito.
