Nuovi strumenti per la sostenibilità urbana: l'Indice di Riduzione dell'Impatto Edilizio (R.I.E. ). Un esempio applicativo nel Comune di Abano Terme

the thesis deals with the index of reductions of the impact in the municipality of Abano Terme and Also analyzes the other instruments that regulate and protect the safeguarding of public green areas by listing and analyzing the varius beneficial effects thet the latter bring . An application example of the index is also reported in a work of the municipality indicating the varius steps for its realizations.

La tesi tratta dell'indice di riduzione dell'impatto edilizio nel comune di Abano Terme andando ad analizzare anche gli altri strumenti che regolano e tutelano la salvaguardia del verde pubblico andando ad elencare ed analizzare i vari benefici che questi ultimi apportano. Viene riportato anche un esempio applicativo dell'indice in un opera del Comune indicando i vari passaggi per la realizzazione di quest'ultimo.
