L'Immigrazione Irregolare: Cause, Conseguenze e Prospettive Future

This work begins with a general introduction regarding the different migratory movements that have taken place throughout history, then proceeds to analyze the causes of this increasingly frequent phenomenon and how, in turn, global and regional policies have had to evolve in response to it. Subsequently, the analysis focuses on the conventions aimed at protecting migrants, as well as how this figure often comes into conflict with the national policies of the countries that are supposed to protect them. Finally, the position of migrants in specific countries and political contexts will be examined, with the aim of understanding the challenges to be faced and the goals to be achieved in order to ensure full protection for these individuals.

Il seguente lavoro si basa inizialmente su un’ introduzione generale riguardo i differenti moti migratori avvenuti nel corso della storia, proseguendo analizzando le cause di questo fenomeno sempre più frequente e come a sua volta si sono dovute evolvere le politiche globali e regionali riguardo questo argomento; successivamente si andrà ad analizzare più nel dettaglio le convenzioni volte a tutelare la figura del migrante, oltre ad analizzare come questa figura entra spesso in conflitto con la politica nazionale dei Paesi che dovrebbero proteggerla. Si analizzerà, infine, la posizione dei migranti in determinati paesi e contesti politici, provando a capire quali sono le sfide da affrontare e gli obbiettivi da raggiungere per garantire una tutela completa a queste persone.
