Customer Relationship Management (CRM) arose from and is based on the ideas of Relationship Marketing (RM), which is regarded as one of the primary developmental parts of contemporary marketing and has received significant study attention over the years. CRM seeks to find, acquire, and keep customers and maintain their information security. CRM software or solutions include sales, services, customer support, call centers, sales force automation systems, and order administration. The web applications are designed for maintaining CRM. The security analyzers are used to analyze the security levels of the web application. A security analyzer is a computer tool that uses penetration testing to evaluate the security of web applications. There are numerous advantages to using an automated web application security testing tool. These include a significant reduction in both costs and time required for web vulnerability testing and the elimination of reliance on human knowledge, aside from their inadequate test code analyzer erroneous results. This is why web application security scanners are regularly subjected to experiments to objectively determine their strengths and weaknesses. Web application security scanners' quality cannot be quantified using standard methods or criteria. There is an increasing need to assess the detection effectiveness of web vulnerability analyzers due to their widespread use and the diversity in functionality offered by these tool-based web vulnerability methodologies. The findings of comparing the security features and the efficiency of four web vulnerability detection programs are presented in this study, and the best tool is suggested. This research aims to address security challenges in CRM systems and introduce a potential method to mitigate security assaults.
