The current ideological narrative promoted by the contemporary Italian ruling class is based on a culture of entrepreneurship and individualism that characterized the political socialization process of the aforementioned class between the 1980s and 1990s, leading it to become a pillar of today's governmental work, but neglecting the roots of the spread of this mentality at the time, and today clashing with economic and social conditions that are quite different and far from being suitable for the implementation of a similar political attitude. This thesis aims to analyze the development of this political socialization, first by providing the main sociological concepts that serve as a lens for the subsequent description of the global political, cultural, and economic context, the goal of which is to identify the milestones of the period in question and the primary and secondary fractures that have characterized the Italian period, and then to finally delve into how the individualist cultural model is structured and how it has influenced today's governmental culture. The goal, therefore, is to demonstrate the macrosystemic political and cultural influence of the period under examination on the social and political formation of the governmental identity.

Abstract
The goal, therefore, is to demonstrate the macrosystemic political and cultural influence of the period under examination on the social and political formation of the governmental identity.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
