Kanban in action. Implementation and impact assessment through two case studies

This thesis focuses on the Kanban system and its implementation in real company contexts. After an introduction to Lean principles and the Pull concept, the work delves into Kanban as an effective tool for managing production and material flows. The core of the thesis presents two concrete case studies of Kanban implementation, illustrating how this method can be successfully applied to improve production processes. Through the analysis of these experiences, the thesis demonstrates the usefulness of Kanban as an operational lever to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in companies.
