Through various mass spectrometry tools, an effort was made to understand which analytical methods are useful for plant and animal extracts, which can be very complex. Among GC-MS, UPLC-Q-TOF, and RADIAN ASAP, each instrument has different characteristics, potentials, and purposes in nutraceuticals.
Attraverso vari strumenti di spettrometria di massa si è cercato di capire quali metodi analitici fossero utili per estratti vegetali e animali che possono essere molto complessi. Tra GC-MS, UPLC-Q-TOF e RADIAN ASAP ogni strumento ha caratteristiche, potenzialità e scopi diversi nella nutraceutica.
Applicazione di metodi analitici basati sulla spettrometria di massa per la determinazione di composti di interesse nutraceutico in matrici complessi.
