This thesis examines the transformations within the information sector, with particular attention to models of sustainable digital journalism. After describing the competitive context of Post Media and the activities carried out during the internship, the work explores the causes of the decline of print newspapers and the opportunities offered by digital platforms. Through the cases of Will Media and Il Post, it highlights how economic sustainability can emerge from innovative strategies: building communities, using accessible languages, diversifying revenue sources, and enhancing the direct relationship with readers. The analysis shows that the resilience of journalism depends on the ability to integrate editorial quality with technological innovation.
