The thesis is based on the internship experience carried out at the Salesian Institute Manfredini in Este. The 250-hour internship made it possible to observe and understand the Salesian pedagogical approach, with particular attention to the need for simple and direct communication, which is essential to offer training courses suitable for those who need them most. The thesis also considers the methods chosen by the institution to promote its courses and the ways in which communication with interested people is conducted through phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.
La tesi si basa sull'esperienza di tirocinio svolta all'interno dell'istituto salesiano Manfredini a Este. Il tirocinio di 250 ore ha permesso di osservare e comprendere l'approccio pedagogico salesiano e di prestare particolare attenzione alla necessità di una comunicazione semplice e diretta, necessaria per offrire corsi di formazione adeguati a chi ne ha più bisogno. Inoltre, prende in considerazione le modalità con cui l'ente sceglie di far conoscere i corsi che promuove e come si rivolge alle persone potenzialmente interessate attraverso telefonate, l'uso dei social e dei canali comunicativi.

Abstract
