Donne e mondo del lavoro: problematiche e discriminazioni.

In this paper I want to talk about women and workplace. At the beginning, I retraced the fundamental steps that, in history, have sought to bring these two worlds closer. In the remaining part of the first chapter I left space to speak about the major problems that a woman must face during her working life: nursing, maternity, mobbing. In the second chapter I tried to explain how the Regions (Veneto and Lombardy especially) and Italian institutions are helping with public policies aimed at creating a more equal world of work. In the last chapter I tried to mention some of the resolutions adopted by the ILO and, with the material that I found on the Internet, I will try to give a brief overview of the working conditions of women in the G20 countries.

In questo elaborato desidero parlare della donna nel mondo del lavoro. Per iniziare ho ripercorso le tappe fondamentali che, nella storia, hanno cercato di avvicinare questi due mondi e nella parte restante del primo capitolo ho dedicato spazio alle maggiori problematiche che una donna deve affrontare durante la propria vita lavorativa: lavoro di cura, maternità, mobbing. Nel secondo capitolo ho cercato di spiegare come le Regioni (Veneto e Lombardia) e le istituzioni italiane stanno intervenendo con politiche pubbliche volte a creare un mondo del lavoro più eguale. Nell'ultimo capitolo citerò alcune risoluzioni adottate dall'ILO e, con il materiale trovato su internet, cercherò di fare un breve quadro sulle condizioni lavorative delle donne nei paesi del G20.
