This thesis explores the dynamics of professional career planning within a socio-economic landscape marked by structural uncertainty and the global challenges of the Anthropocene. In an era where traditional job-matching models fall short of interpreting the complexity of contemporary transitions, this study focuses on the crucial role of anticipatory thinking and imagination as tools for an active redefinition of reality. The first part of the work analyzes the theoretical foundations of career guidance, delving into the Life Design paradigm and the function of Consideration of Future Consequences (CFC) in identity construction. Special emphasis is placed on integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda into educational practices, promoting a concept of employability that blends individual aspirations with collective responsibility and social justice. The central objective is to demonstrate how inclusive and sustainable guidance can facilitate the transition from an extractive career logic to a generative one, oriented toward eudaimonic well-being. By enhancing agency and narrative capabilities, the thesis advocates for the necessity of supporting young people in building a "quality future"—viewed as a harmonious synthesis of personal values, community needs, and environmental protection. The empirical research presented aims to verify the correlation between these psychological variables and the project resilience of the new generations.

Abstract
The empirical research presented aims to verify the correlation between these psychological variables and the project resilience of the new generations.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
