Cenere e Alluminio: Paesaggi e spazi simbolici in True Detective Stagione 1

The goal of this composition is to analyze thoroughly the role of landscape in the first season of HBO's anthological drama "True Detective" (2014). Contextualizing the setting and comparing it to the plot and its protagonist we will see how landscape underlies the aesthetic and dramatic result, keys of its success.

L'obiettivo di quest'elaborato è quello di analizzare approfonditamente il ruolo del paesaggio nella prima stagione della serie antologica HBO "True Detective" (2014). Contestualizzando l'ambientazione e accostandola alla narrazione e ai suoi protagonisti si vedrà come il paesaggio sia alla base della resa estetica e drammatica, chiavi del suo successo.
