This thesis investigates the role of corporate museums in the Italian wine and beverage sector as drivers of brand value creation. Drawing on the theoretical frameworks of experiential marketing and the experience economy, the study conceptualizes corporate museums as strategic devices through which companies narrate their heritage, build relationships with visitors, and strengthen their brand identity. The analysis focuses on five recognized cases of excellence: Galleria Campari, Poli Museo della Grappa, Antinori nel Chianti Classico, Masi Wine Discovery Museum, and Cantine Ferrari. These case studies are examined through six common dimensions—cultural, product-related, experiential, distributive, media-related, and architectural-landscape—whose varying degrees of prominence and use are assessed. Based on the profiles thus reconstructed and through an ideal-typical process of abstraction, the study identifies a number of general models of corporate museum use, each oriented toward a specific value-creation objective. The findings portray the corporate museum as a living space for the production of meaning, where the interplay of experiential and communicative dimensions reflects the strategic choices through which each brand currently shapes its presence and constructs its identity and significance.

Abstract
The findings portray the corporate museum as a living space for the production of meaning, where the interplay of experiential and communicative dimensions reflects the strategic choices through which each brand currently shapes its presence and constructs its identity and significance.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
