Rising life expectancy and the broader ageing of the population are at once signals, causes, and consequences of profound transformations affecting contemporary societies, with implications that extend beyond the healthcare dimension to encompass social, economic, and cultural domains. This thesis sets out to analyse longevity as an expanding marketing and market phenomenon, investigating its cultural roots, sociodemographic dynamics, and strategic implications for companies operating in the sectors most affected by it, such as wellness, diagnostics, nutraceuticals, and cosmetics. The research is structured around a comparative mapping of fifteen brands across five segments of the longevity market, complemented by an applied case study on Nature's ForLongevity line. Tracing the path shaped by humankind's desire to overcome its own biological limits, the thesis then examines how longevity is reshaping the strategies through which brands choose to respond to a desire that humankind has pursued since time immemorial.

Abstract
Tracing the path shaped by humankind's desire to overcome its own biological limits, the thesis then examines how longevity is reshaping the strategies through which brands choose to respond to a desire that humankind has pursued since time immemorial.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
