Considering the complexity of brand strategies within a sector traditionally driven by commodity logic like the fresh produce industry, this thesis aims to understand how the positioning of a leading brand such as Dole can evolve in the minds of young consumers (aged 18–30). Starting from an examination of the brand's current communication mix, the research analyzes the main channels used to communicate with its audience and its most recent advertising campaigns. Subsequently, through a comparative benchmarking analysis involving key industry competitors (such as Chiquita, Del Monte, and Fratelli Orsero), the competitive landscape is outlined, laying the groundwork for the subsequent project phase. This phase takes shape through the development of a creative and innovative concept for the 2026–2027 biennium, built upon target and insight analysis, and inspired by the iconic codes of pop culture. To conclude, the study defines the media plan architecture and budget allocation, integrating traditional and digital touchpoints such as social networks, CTV, and OOH. Finally, the campaign's effectiveness is examined through KPI measurement and the structuring of a pre-test model.

Abstract
Finally, the campaign's effectiveness is examined through KPI measurement and the structuring of a pre-test model.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
