The aim of this paper is to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning (FAD), from its birth until today. In particular, two formats are compared, e-learning (asynchronous) and videoconferencing (synchronous). To conclude, a short research was carried out at Vega Formazione, through the administration of two anonymous questionnaires addressed to the participants of the e-learning and videoconferencing courses offered by the institution.
Questo elaborato ha lo scopo di far emergere i vantaggi e gli svantaggi della formazione a distanza (FAD), dalla sua nascita fino ad oggi. Vengono confrontati, in particolare, due format, e-learning (asincrono) e videoconferenza (sincrona). Per concludere è stata svolta una breve ricerca presso Vega Formazione, attraverso la somministrazione di due questionari anonimi rivolti ai partecipanti dei corsi e-learning e videoconferenza, proposti dall'ente.
