Twice-exceptionality or double exceptionality is a condition characterized by the coexistence of high cognitive potential and one or more forms of difficulty that can affect a person's developmental and learning path. This thesis, therefore, proposes a reflection on twice-exceptionality starting from the main definitions and theoretical perspectives, and then focusing on the school context and the possibilities for building truly inclusive teaching paths. Various teaching strategies and methodologies are considered and analyzed, including the Enrichment Triad Model, the Schoolwide Enrichment Model, the strength talent focused approach, didactic differentiation, cooperative learning, and peer tutoring. From this perspective, Universal Design for Learning is also explored as a possible framework for designing flexible and accessible learning environments capable of responding to the variability of these students. A brief in-depth analysis is also dedicated to the potential of AI as a hypothetical support tool for students and teachers. Finally, the reflection considers the perspectives of the main actors involved in the educational process: students, families, and teachers. Their experiences highlight the importance of greater knowledge of twice-exceptionality, adequate support, and ongoing collaboration between the various figures involved. Within this framework, teamwork and the potential role of the pedagogist in fostering dialogue between school, family, and professionals and in supporting educational planning are particularly important.

Abstract
Within this framework, teamwork and the potential role of the pedagogist in fostering dialogue between school, family, and professionals and in supporting educational planning are particularly important.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
