Bob Wilson fa luce sulla cecità di Edipo: Oedipus a Pompei e all'Olimpico di Vicenza

Robert Wilson's artistic path and poetics in the American and European theatrical context. Investigation of the reasons for the choice of Sophocles' Oedipus today and in the past, and reasons for this choice made by Wilson. Peculiar aspects of ancient theaters, in particular of the Vitruvian model, on which both the Teatro di Pompei and the Olimpico di Vicenza are conceived and comparison of the two performances (Pompeii, July 2018, Vicenza, October 2018) analyzing the scenic and performative elements that differentiate them.

Il percorso artistico e la poetica di Robert Wilson nel contesto teatrale statunitense ed europeo. Indagine sulle motivazioni riguardanti la scelta dell’Edipo di Sofocle oggi e in passato, e motivi di questa scelta fatta da Wilson. Aspetti peculiari dei teatri antichi, in particolare del modello vitruviano, su cui sono concepiti sia il Teatro di Pompei che l’Olimpico di Vicenza e confronto delle due rappresentazioni (Pompei, luglio 2018, Vicenza, ottobre 2018) analizzando gli elementi scenici e performativi che le differenziano.
