Le scienze della formazione e la trasformazione dei conflitti

The thesis will discuss the role that educational pathways have in training people to think about and deal with conflict. It will be divided into several chapters that will address, in fact, the theme of conflicts. Initially, the education to them and to peace, based on the thought of academics of different historical periods; then, their management and cultural diversity, through interviews and, finally, the different educational proposals of great experts and writers with respect to the management and positive transformation of them.

La tesi tratterà del ruolo che hanno i percorsi educativi nel formare a pensare ed affrontare i conflitti. Verrà suddivisa in diversi capitoli che affronteranno, appunto, il tema dei conflitti. Inizialmente, dell'educazione ad essi e alla pace, basato sul pensiero di studiosi di diverse epoche storiche; di seguito, la loro gestione e la diversità culturale, mediante interviste e, infine, le diverse proposte formative di grandi studiosi e letterati rispetto alla gestione e alla trasformazione positiva di essi.
