In this thesis we talk about the figure of the Instagram Coach, its birth and evolution. There is a case study to understand how this figure communicates on social media, the importance of creating a solid community in the development of his work and how he manages to succeed in the market despite the presence of multiple competitors. Finally, thanks to a questionnaire and a specially structured Content Strategy, the user's perception, esteem and trust are analyzed, including all the factors that can influence them.
In questa tesi di laurea si parla della figura dell’Instagram Coach, della sua nascita ed evoluzione. È presente un caso studio per capire come comunica questa figura sui social, l’importanza della creazione di una solida community nello sviluppo della sua attività lavorativa e come riesce ad affermarsi nel mercato nonostante la presenza di molteplici competitor. Infine, grazie ad un questionario e una Content Strategy strutturata appositamente, si analizzano la percezione, la stima e la fiducia dell’utente, comprese di tutti i fattori che le possono influenzare.
