Il ritorno a lavoro dopo la maternità: un’analisi della letteratura

The present research work aims to analyze the already existing literature on post-maternity return to work. Issues relating to maternity leave will be addressed, in particular the positive and negative sides that it entails, with a focus on the stigma related to the choice to use it. The major predictors linked to a return to the company by the new mother will then be investigated and finally analyzed this step also from the point of view of the company.

Il presente lavoro di ricerca ha il fine di analizzare la letteratura già esistente in merito al ritorno a lavoro post maternità. Verranno affrontate tematiche relative al congedo di maternità, in particolare dei lati positivi e negativi che esso comporta, con un focus in merito allo stigma relativo alla scelta di usufruirne. Verranno poi investigati i maggiori predittori legati ad un rientro nell’azienda da parte della neomamma ed infine verrà analizzato questo passaggio anche dal punto di vista dell’azienda.
