This paper analyzes the phase change substance (PCM) inside a thermal storage as the circuitry changes, studying the thermal energy stored under various operating conditions over time. The experimental tests were performed using the PCM CrodaTherm 9.5 which was placed inside the accumulation together with the 16 plates made with the roll bond technique in which the water flows. This thesis proposes new alternatives of circuit to compensate for the longer duration of the discharge compared to that of the charge. The results tend to show, among the alternatives conceived, the best use with exchangers in parallel rather than with the inversion of the water supply between inlet and outlet.

Abstract
This paper analyzes the phase change substance (PCM) inside a thermal storage as the circuitry changes, studying the thermal energy stored under various operating conditions over time. The experimental tests were performed using the PCM CrodaTherm 9.5 which was placed inside the accumulation together with the 16 plates made with the roll bond technique in which the water flows. This thesis proposes new alternatives of circuit to compensate for the longer duration of the discharge compared to that of the charge. The results tend to show, among the alternatives conceived, the best use with exchangers in parallel rather than with the inversion of the water supply between inlet and outlet.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
