In this regard, a questionnaire was built for a pilot study that investigated how mindfulness, motivation and emotional intelligence affect competitive boys between 11 and 18 years of age.
Tesi sull'arrampicata che descrive la disciplina dal punto di vista fisico e soprattutto mentale, prendendo spunto dall'esperienza di un arrampicatore, Alex Honnold, cercando di capire come le emozioni possano influenzare la performance, in particolare in gara. A questo proposito è stato costruito un questionario per uno studio pilota che indagasse come mindfulness, motivazione e intelligenza emotiva influenzano i ragazzi agonisti tra gli 11 e i 18 anni.
