The report begins with the description of the legislative framework which regulated and led to the development of the reception facilities for minors, from the end of the nineteenth century to the present day. Subsequently, the specific characteristics of each structure are analyzed starting from their purpose. The last part of the report is dedicated to the description of the process of taking care of the minor and the role of the professional educator within the educational communities, with a focus on the creation of a trusty relationship. In conclusion, there is a brief description of my internship experience, and subsequently working as an operator, within an educational community for adolescents.
La relazione si sviluppa a partire dalla descrizione della cornice legislativa all’interno della quale sono nate e si sono sviluppate le strutture di accoglienza per minori dalla fine del diciannovesimo secolo ai giorni nostri. Successivamente vengono analizzate le caratteristiche specifiche di ogni struttura a partire dalla loro finalità. L’ultima parte della relazione è dedicata alla descrizione del processo di presa in carico del minore e al ruolo dell’educatore professionale all’interno delle comunità educative, in particolare alla costruzione della relazione di fiducia. In conclusione, trova spazio una breve descrizione della mia esperienza di tirocinio, e successivamente lavorativa come operatore, all’interno di una comunità educativa per adolescenti
