This paper aims to raise awareness of the Independent Life Projects in the Veneto Region and in particular within the ULSS 6 Alta Padovana area. This Project is aimed at adults with mild physical and intellectual disabilities and has as its objective the promotion of a life path regardless of the physical, cognitive, psychological, family and social context conditions that surround the person. Referring to the regulations promoted by the WHO in the field of disability, I would like to retrace the educational challenges in the implementation of individualized plans to prevent an aggravation of the person leading them to return to the After Us. To do this I will mainly rely on my last internship experience through which I was able to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the educational action in this specific area of the development of the adult person with disabilities, focusing on the aspect of autonomy. as self-determination, relational and psychological.
