IL RUOLO DEL TECNICO DI RIABILITAZIONE PSICHIATRICA NEL SISTEMA DI ACCOGLIENZA ED INTEGRAZIONE: PROGETTO CASA SLAVICH - CATEGORIA DISAGIO MENTALE.

The migratory phenomenon in recent years has been assuming truly impressive proportions, migratory flows are constantly increasing, in particular that of the Mediterranean which places Italy at the center of the migration debate. We cannot therefore consider this situation as a continuous emergency, but we must look at it as a structural phenomenon of our time. A new scenario that brings into play social, political, health, institutional, economic and above all psychological factors. The interest I have in this theme was born from a sincere curiosity to get in touch with realities different from ours. This work therefore combines the meeting between the need to deepen this interest with the profession that I am going to carry out. Despite the Italian state's reception system has a strong structural solidity and is based on a decentralized and enlarged reception model that has proved effective, given the enormous migrant population that has been welcomed, the dramatic numbers of people who migrate to our country make it necessary to reflect on the reception system which must increasingly guarantee a complete, continuous and shared health care system between the public and private systems. In this context, the management of asylum seekers or holders of international protection who present a psychological vulnerability needs particular attention as it is characterized by a delicate complexity and still highly uneven.

Il fenomeno migratorio negli ultimi anni sta assumendo proporzioni davvero imponenti, i flussi migratori sono in continuo aumento, in particolare quello del Mediterraneo che pone l'Italia al centro del dibattito migratorio. Non possiamo quindi considerare tale situazione come una continua emergenza, ma dobbiamo guardarlo come un fenomeno strutturale del nostro tempo. Un nuovo scenario che mette in gioco fattori sociali, politici, sanitari, istituzionali, economici e soprattutto psicologici. L'interesse che nutro nei confronti di questo tema è nato da una sincera curiosità di entrare in contatto con realtà diverse dalla nostra. Il presente lavoro coniuga quindi l'incontro tra la necessità di approfondire questo interesse con la professione che andrò a svolgere. Nonostante il sistema di accoglienza dello stato italiano presenti una forte solidità strutturale e si basi su un modello di accoglienza decentrata e allargata che si è dimostrato efficace, vista l'enormità della popolazione migrante che è stata accolta, i numeri drammatici di persone che migrano verso il nostro paese rendono necessaria una riflessione sul sistema deputato all'accoglienza che sempre più deve garantire una presa in carico sanitaria completa, continua e condivisa tra sistema pubblico e privato. In tale contesto la gestione di richiedenti asilo o titolari di protezione internazionale che presentano una vulnerabilità di tipo psicologico necessita di particolare attenzione in quanto caratterizzata da una delicata complessità ed ancora fortemente disomogenea.
