The thesis is intended to be a comparative study of the short story "Las babas del diablo" by Julio Cortázar and the film "Blow Up" by Michelangelo Antonioni. After examining the main theories relating to the cinematographic adaptation of literary texts, the work focuses on a formal comparison between story and film, and then concludes with an analysis of the aesthetics of the gaze presented in the two works.
La tesi vuole essere uno studio comparativo del racconto "Le bave del diavolo" di Julio Cortázar e del film "Blow Up" di Michelangelo Antonioni. Dopo aver preso in esame le principali teorie relative all'adattamento cinematografico di testi letterari, il lavoro si concentra su un confronto formale tra racconto e film, per poi concludere con un'analisi delle estetiche dello sguardo presentate nelle due opere.
