The essay aims to carry out a bibliographic study about what is believed to be an example of a successful organizational-didactic model, namely the Finnish one. After outlining an introductory framework on Finland and its current education system, the essay analyzes the role of the facilitator teacher and constructivist learning environments as considered the main pillars of the Finnish school. A comparison will also be made with the educational systems of the other Scandinavian countries (e.g. Sweden and Norway), to identify similarities and differences regarding the role of the teacher and the organization of the learning environments. In conclusion, we will reflect on what Italy and the whole world can borrow and learn from the Finnish organizational didactic model.

In conclusion, we will reflect on what Italy and the whole world can borrow and learn from the Finnish organizational didactic model.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
