Il rapporto tra l'educatore e l'educando e l'importanza dell'empatia in educazione

The aim of this thesis is to give a definition of education and to bring the thoughts of some pedagogues on the subject, then the idea and development of 'education in the 1900s will be presented; regarding this, the thoughts of two pedagogues Giovanni Gentile and Giuseppe Lombardo Radice will be presented, which emphasize how important in education is the relationship that is established between the educator and the educand. Coupled with this will be presented an in-depth discussion on the importance of dialogue and empathy in education between those involved, also thinking back to the internship experience.

La presente tesi si pone come obiettivo quello di dare una definizione di educazione e di portare i pensieri di alcuni pedagogisti in merito, successivamente verrà presentata l'idea e lo sviluppo dell' educazione nel 900; in merito a questo verranno presentati i pensieri di due pedagogisti Giovanni Gentile e Giuseppe Lombardo Radice, quali sottolineano quanto sia importante in educazione la relazione che si instaura tra l'educatore e l'educando. Unitamente a questo verrà presentato un approfondimento sull'importanza del dialogo e dell'empatia in educazione tra i soggetti coinvolti, ripensando anche all'esperienza di tirocinio.
