Nel presente lavoro si tratterà tutto ciò che concerne lo studio e l’applicazione della scala Likert, una delle più utilizzate al mondo per misurare le opinioni e gli atteggiamenti: nel primo capitolo si introdurrà l'origine della scala, nel secondo si descriveranno gli aspetti strutturali e nel terzo ed ultimo capitolo si presenterà l'applicazione della scala attraverso il software R
