Resilienza, mindfulness e self-compassion come fattori protettivi all'interno del BPD

This paper aims to bring out, in the light of current studies, the main constructs present within Borderline Personality Disorder, the risk and protective factors and the most relevant individual characteristics in the context of recovery. In particular, after describing the disorder in general and the main characteristics associated with it, risk and protective factors, Linehan's biosocial theory and the role of the intra- and extra-familiar context will be considered. Finally, implementable features in the context of recovery and associated limitations will be highlighted.

Questo elaborato si prefigge l'obiettivo di far emergere, alla luce degli studi attuali, i principali costrutti presenti all'interno del Disturbo Borderline di Personalità, i fattori di rischio e protezione e le caratteristiche individuali più rilevanti nel contesto della recovery. In particolare, dopo aver descritto il disturbo in generale e le caratteristiche principali associate, verranno considerati i fattori di rischio e protezione, la teoria biosociale di Linehan ed al ruolo del contesto intra ed extra familiare. Infine saranno evidenziate le caratteristiche implementabili nel contesto della recovery e le limitazioni associate.
