The differences between organizations with centralized and decentralized power are the focus of the present dissertation. We investigate the level of role ambiguity in centralized and decentralized organizations, with a sample of workers (N= 473). Moreover, we investigate Job Satisfaction and organizational identification in decentralized organizations considering Social Dominance Orientation (SDO) as a moderator.
La presente tesi di laurea si focalizza sulla differenza tra aziende con potere centralizzato e decentralizzato. Nello studio, con un campione di lavoratori (N= 473), viene analizzato il livello di ambiguità di ruolo in entrambe le strutture aziendali. Inoltre, vengono analizzate la soddisfazione lavorativa e l'identificazione aziendale nelle organizzazioni decentralizzate tenendo in considerazione la dominanza sociale come moderatore.
