Valutazione mediante censimento del patrimonio arboreo di un quartiere di Padova

The thesis work essentially consists of a first introductory part, of bibliographic nature, in which the application used to carry out this work is described, the importance of green, in particular the vertical one, in an urban environment is highlighted; the Visual Tree Assessment – ​​VTA was briefly described. In the second part, a summary overview of the study area is made, i.e. the Voltabarozzo district in Padua, and the materials and methods used to carry out the Census of the arboreal heritage of the district in question were described. Subsequently, the data obtained from the surveys were analyzed and processed in order to have a general picture of the stand and thus obtain the information necessary for optimal management of the trees. Finally, the conclusions were made.

Il lavoro di tesi è costituito sostanzialmente da una prima parte introduttiva, di natura bibliografica, in cui è stata descritta l’applicazione utilizzata per svolgere questo lavoro, si è evidenziato l’importanza del verde, in particolare quello verticale, in ambiente urbano; è stato descritto brevemente il Visual Tree Assessment – VTA. Nella seconda parte è stato fatto un inquadramento sommario dell’area di studio, ovvero il quartiere di Voltabarozzo a Padova, e sono stati descritti i materiali e metodi utilizzati per svolgere il Censimento del patrimonio arboreo del quartiere in questione. Successivamente sono stati analizzati ed elaborati i dati ottenuti dai rilievi per avere un quadro generale del popolamento e ricavare così le informazioni necessarie per una gestione ottimale degli alberi. Infine si sono svolte le conclusioni.
