This thesis consists of an intersectional analysis of the migration case that affects the eastern part of the European continent, involving and modifying the balances and the system of opening the borders of the European Union. In particular, human rights violations will be highlighted through a gender perspective. The paper will report testimonies of abuse in the comparisons of women , migrant men and children, their vulnerable position as refugees, the work of assistance, advocacy and listening promoted by associations and organizations that have decided to denounce abuses and irregularities by camps and government administrations. The fragile border relationship between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina will be told, highlighting policies of "non management" and illegal trafficking of human beings. Different reception and asylum contexts will be analysed, highlighting the dynamics of the treatment and protection of unaccompanied minors.
Questa tesi si compone di una analisi intersezionale del caso migratorio che interessa la zona orientale del continente europeo, coinvolgendo e modificando gli equilibri e il sistema di apertura dei confini dell’Unione Europea. In particolare verranno evidenziate violazioni dei Diritti Umani attraverso una prospettiva di genere. L’elaborato riporterà testimonianze di abusi nei confront idi donne , uomini e bambini migranti, della loro posizione di vulnerabilità in quanto rifugiati, del lavoro di assistenza, difesa ed ascolto promosso da associazioni ed organizzazioni che hanno deciso di denunciare condotte di maltrattamento e irregolarità da parte di campi di accoglienza e amministrazioni governative. Verrà raccontato il fragile rapporto di confine tra Croazia e Bosnia Erzegovina, mettendo in luce politiche di “non gestione” e traffici illegali di esseri umani. Verranno analizzati diversi contesti di accoglienza ed asilo mettendo in luce la dinamica del trattamento e protezione di minori non accompagnati.
