Fisiologia del sonno nella prima infanzia e il rapporto con aspetti emozionali e relazionali

The thesis deals with the aspects that characterize sleep in early childhood, addressing the structural and functional aspects and the changes that occur during development. It also addresses the relational aspects that decisively affect the quality and quantity of children's sleep, giving special attention to the various types of attachment with the primary caregiver. Next, neurophysiological aspects in both typical and atypical development will be described.

La tesi tratta degli aspetti che caratterizzano il sonno nella prima infanzia, affrontando gli aspetti strutturali e funzionali e i cambiamenti che avvengono nel corso dello sviluppo. Affronta inoltre, gli aspetti relazionali che influiscono in modo decisino sulla qualità e quantità di sonno del bambini, dando particolare attenzione ai vari tipi di attaccamento con il caregiver di riferimento. Successivamente saranno descritti gli aspetti neurofisiologici sia nello sviluppo tipico che atipico.
