Food kiosks are realities that are not particularly considered by legislation and for which there is no real and particular procedure for the safety of the food that is produced within them. The purpose of my thesis is to evaluate the health and hygiene aspects of these structures and evaluate whether the current regulations are sufficient to give the OSA a complete vision of the actions to be carried out.
I chioschi alimentari sono realtà non particolarmente considerate dalla legislazione e per i quali non esiste un vero e particolare procedimento per la sicurezza dell'alimento che viene prodotto all'interno di essi. Lo scopo della mia tesi è quello di andare a valutare gli aspetti igienici sanitari di queste strutture e valutare se, le normative vigenti sono sufficienti a dare una visione completa all'OSA delle azioni da compiere.
