Strumenti di conciliazione vita-lavoro: congedi di maternità, paternità e congedi parentali

The choice of the topic for my thesis is due to a particular interest in the tools of work-life balance that I had the opportunity to deal with during my studies. I was so fascinated in these subjects that I was interested in exploring them further. My research has developed in two ways: on the one hand, the textbooks that I have had the opportunity to consult in university libraries and in the electronic resources available online, and on the other hand, the use of legal web portals thanks to which I have been able to read and document multiple judgments issued by different bodies of the European Union and national. I have been able to achieve an excellent result by enriching my skills and knowledge in the field and being able to develop an excellent work.

La scelta dell'argomento per la mia tesi di laurea è dovuto ad un particolare interesse nei confronti degli strumenti di conciliazione vita-lavoro che ho avuto la possibilità di trattare durante il mio percorso di studi. Questi argomenti mi hanno interessato a tal punto da nutrire un certo interesse nell' approfondirli. La mia ricerca si è sviluppata attraverso due modalità: da un lato i libri di testo che ho avuto modo di consultare nelle biblioteche di ateneo e nelle risorse elettroniche disponibili online e dall'altro l'utilizzo di portali web giuridici grazie ai quali ho potuto leggere e documentarmi su molteplici sentenze emanate da diversi organi dell'Unione Europea e nazionali. sono riuscita ad ottenere un ottimo risultato arricchendo le mie competenze e conoscenze in materia e riuscendo a sviluppare un egregio lavoro.
